Transport truck driver charged with careless driving after collision in Southwest Oxford
The collision involving a transport truck and pick-up truck caused traffic to be temporarily diverted at Daniel Road.

Shortly before 1 p.m. on Monday, July 16, members of the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police, and emergency services responded to a motor vehicle collision in the area of Culloden Line and Mount Elgin Road in Southwest Oxford Township.
The collision involving a transport truck and pick-up truck caused traffic to be temporarily diverted at Daniel Road. The vehicles have been removed and the road has since been re-opened. No injuries were reported, however the two occupants of the pick-up truck were transported to hospital as a precaution.
Although the investigation remains underway, the 53-year-old male driver of the transport truck has been charged with careless driving.

Transport truck goes into the ditch
Shortly after 2 p.m. on July 16, members of the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Foldens Line in Southwest Oxford Township.
Southbound traffic was temporarily blocked while heavy tow crews assisted with removing a transport truck which had left the roadway, entering the ditch. No injuries were reported and the road remained closed for approximately thirty minutes.
An investigation into the collision continues.
