On Saturday, Nov. 26, shortly before 7 a.m. the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police received information to look for a transport truck that was pulling a stolen 2016 backhoe.

An Oxford OPP officer observed the transport hauling the suspected stolen vehicle at approximately 7:12 a.m. on Highway 403 near the Highway 401 on ramp.
