Traffic stop leads to charges in Tillsonburg

Ontario Provincial Police Oxford County Detachment charged a 30-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle in Tillsonburg on Broadway.
On Thursday, August 11 at approximately 3:29 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Broadway, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 30-year-old Shawn Anthony Brazier of Ingersoll with possession for the purpose of trafficking Methamphetamine, use plate not authorized for vehicle, G1 licence holder - unaccompanied by qualified driver, G1 licence holder – drive at unlawful hour, and two counts of driving while under suspension.
He was scheduled to appear in Provincial Court, Woodstock at a later date to answer to the charges.
