Trans Canada Trail extension in Tillsonburg

Oxford County is moving forward with a partnership with the Town of Tillsonburg and Norwich Township to construct a new section of the Trans Canada Trail (TCT) that would link the TCT from Tillsonburg to Norfolk County.

Funding worth over $500,000 from the TCT and Pan Am Games Legacy Funding has been secured for the project, which is estimated to cost $870,000. Public consultation for the proposed trails on County owned lands is the next step.
