OPP seeking owner of diamond ring

A member of the public recently turned over a ring to the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police.

The ring was found on Tillson Avenue in Tillsonburg on Sept. 14, 2014. The ring was seen near a black van. It is described as being an 18 carat white gold diamond ring and was found in a Fifth Avenue ring box. Investigators are looking to identify the owner and return the property.
