There will also be a home run derby, 50-50 draw, and J-Pett and Super Jeff will be announcing the event. Domino's Pizza will be there, and Broadway Cinemas has some prizes up for grabs. NSA, the men's slo-pitch league governing body will have their mobile unit there with various merchandise. Mill Street Brewery will be donating MVP prizes for each division!

So come one, come all! Tillsonburg is slo-pitch!

 

Men's A

Roosters won three last week to move up in the crowded Men's A standings.

Maple View Variety got a walk-off win over Gators after dropping one to Haines Roofing. Haines also came from behind to defeat Woodland RV. IC Waters and Survivors also defeated Woodland.

Survivors won in walk-off fashion. Gators recorded the other division win.

Maple View Variety: Nathan Klassen 2-3, Darren Pace 2-3

The nine-man Haines squad led from start to finish. Craig Smith homered and doubled.

Roosters 16, Survivors 12

Leadoff batter Derek Kunderman had five singles and scored three runs for Roosters.

Woodland RV: Brad Adams 3-4 HR, Kyle Underhill 2-4

Mike Shewan homered twice and doubled. Steve Leacock homered and tripled twice to lead IC Waters.

Gators broke the game open with a six-run fourth. Scott Balazs had a two-run triple in the rally.

Haines came from behind scoring six late runs to overtake Woodland.

Men's B

Kirwin and Oatman registered three wins last week, knocking off two C teams and winning by five over Next Realty.

Domino's Hounds upset Ontario Laser Spartans, handing them only their third loss of the season. DeGroote-Hill escaped with an extra inning walk-off victory over Broadway Lanes Bears and a five-run win over Ward's Automotive.

The Bears bounced back with a mercy over John Beere. Next mercied Corey's, and GC Lounsbury won a close one over Stickmen to round out the week's action.

Kirwin and Oatman plated seven in their first and last at-bats.

John Beere registered a pair of victories, easily over Stickmen and by three over Destroyers.

Delhi Dodgers coasted by Ward's Automotive for the other division win.
