Firearms, impaired, over 80 charges

A 26-year-old Tillsonburg male has been charged with numerous offences after investigation of ‘a suspicious vehicle’ in a parking lot at 192 Lisgar Ave.
Tuesday, April 15 at approximately 5:18 p.m., Oxford OPP attended the parking lot regarding the vehicle. Investigation result in the arrest of a male party, and the following charges being laid under the criminal code of Canada:
Impaired Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle
Fail to Comply with Order of Probation x 6
Careless Storage of a Firearm x 2
Possession of a weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm x 2
Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order x 2
Possession of Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
Careless Storage of a Firearm x 2
Occupant of motor Vehicle Knowing there was a Firearm x 2
Possession of a firearm obtained by Crime x 2
Possession of ammunition obtained by Crime
Impaired Care and Control Over Eighty.
The accused was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock Court.
