$7,000 drug bust in Tillsonburg

A search warrant executed at a Concession Street residence Friday, September 6 around 11 a.m. has resulted in the seizure of an estimated $7,000 (street value) worth of marihuana plants, bud, shake and cannabis resin.
A 48-year-old Tillsonburg male is charged with Production of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) - Controlled Drug and Substance Act; and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) - Controlled Drug and Substances Act.
He was released on bail, pending a court appearance on September 17.
A 43-year-old Norfolk County woman has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act; and
Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Resin) – Controlled Drug and Substances Act.
She was released on bail, pending a court appearance on October 8.
Members of the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau/Drug Enforcement Unit, Emergency Response Team and Oxford County Detachment members executed the search warrant.
