24-year-old Tillsonburg woman charged

A 24-year-old Tillsonburg woman is facing three charges following her arrest by Oxford OPP.
On September 4, she was discovered to allegedly be in possession of stolen Salvation Army items. Following her arrest, she is also alleged to have been in possession of non-prescribed Percocet.
She is facing charges of:
Theft Under $5000 – Criminal Code of Canada
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – Criminal Code of Canada
Possession of Controlled Substance – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
She was released on a promise to appear in court October 1, 2013.
