The Way of Life Martial Arts hosted a Norfolk Affiliated Karate Clubs (NAKC) Regional Youth Wado Kai Karate Tournament Saturday at Glendale High School in Tillsonburg. Clubs from across the region, including Simcoe, Delhi and Port Dover, competed in the one-day tournament. Food bank donations were collected in lieu of entry fees.
