Tillsonburg's Annual Christmas Festival is just around the corner.
• Join the fun with the Light it up Tillsonburg contest. If you are already decorating your house or business, you might as well register for the chance to win some cash (up to $300). The deadline for entry is Friday, Nov. 23. Sponsored by Tillsonburg Hydro Inc.
• Join the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. at Fountain Square (Sears Parkette). Whether you have attended this event in the past or this will be your first time, you will be pleasantly surprised with the new attractions!
• Attend the second annual Christmas Concert ‘Warming Up To Christmas’ hosted by The Woodstock Choralaires. This concert takes place Sunday, Nov. 25 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Church, 88 Bidwell Street. Tickets are $10 (children 6-and-under free) and can be purchased at the Station Arts Centre or the Annandale National Historic Site.
Other 2012 Country Christmas Festival events on Saturday, Nov. 24 include the famous Down Home Country Christmas Craft Show, a Community Craft and Bake Sale at the Town Centre mall, and a Senior Centre Christmas Craft Bazaar.
